Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing seating allocation in IB/WCR locations with team leads and Business Managers ensuring adequate space for current and growth HC.
• Partner with Business Support Management (BSM) on real estate issues or requests
• Plan annual calendar of events and coordinate logistics for IB/WCR such as Town Halls, EAW, Intern Program, offsites and other central events.
• Coordinate communications for announcements, newsletters, and other messages for CCRO/FRE of IB/WCR throughout the year in close partnership with Corporate Communications.
• Work with CIB Risk senior leadership and Business Managers on other communications, people agenda and team event and activities
• Work with DEIAG and BRG leads regionally to coordinate/communicate events to teams. Active involvement in Firmwide BRGs with ability to connect CIB Risk related events with broader Risk and Firmwide events
• Provide targeted support for CIB COO and IB Credit/WCR Business Manager in helping run the CIB Risk COO and BM organization (e.g. planning, logistics, etc)

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to anticipate needs and/or problems that may arise and take steps to resolve them.
• Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications.
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships.
• Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Advanced degree in Marketing and Communications a plus.
