Your responsibilities will include:

• Define product vision and roadmap with clarity on feasibility, time, and cost
• Define and own product KPIs and success
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle
• Identify and resolve key roadmap contingencies including business and partner requirements
• Work closely with a cross functional team to refine features to ensure product market fit and growth through on-going testing and analytics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in product management, marketing, or entrepreneurial roles.
• Proven ability to challenge the status quo and drive the development of flexible, scalable, and innovative products.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading scrum teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers, with a strong sense of functional interface design.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 10-25%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

The expected annualized base pay range this full-time position working at this location will be from $100,700 to $191,300, plus annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements) and the value of core and optional employee benefits being offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Boston Scientific considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs. Actual compensation may be otherwise adjusted if the position is filled outside of the intended geographic location.
