Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies to secure current support renewals with support from a manager and/or senior CRE.
  • Manage deal negotiations and commercial aspects from opportunity to close for renewals.
  • Utilize internal systems to research customers, assess risks, and forecast accounts.
  • Drive opportunity development for transitioning current On-Premise customers to the cloud.
  • Collaborate and engage with cross functional teams when needed.
  • Promote and leverage the Cloud Extension policy to repurpose spend towards SAP cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate and work on additional short-term projects as needed, alongside your renewal responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining satisfaction through issue mitigation and escalation management.

Experience & Language Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience of technical business experience .
  • Working knowledge of SAP’s Cloud solutions.
  • Commercial experience, including developing account management plans and contract negotiation a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
