This position is available in Haarlem (NL) or near our TAPI sites in Italy, Hungary, Croatia or Czechia.

• Overseeing all direct and indirect tax matters and
• Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations across those jurisdictions;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, IT, Procurement, and operations to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions;
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors, tax authorities and auditors; and
• Ensure compliance with local Transfer Pricing requirements / and tax compliance
• Responsibility on tax provision (tax accounting).

• Deep knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing regulation
• Minimum 7+year experience in tax planning & compliance
• Strong expertise in direct and indirect taxes
• Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluency in English
