Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize the dashboard layout and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain a clear information architecture for the dashboards’, ensuring data is presented in an organized and easily understandable manner.
  • Define navigation flows and hierarchy for a seamless user experience.
  • Develop a visually appealing and consistent design language using design system.
  • Work closely with data scientists and analysts to effectively visualize complex data sets in an accessible and meaningful way for clarity, accuracy, and user comprehension.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on the dashboard designs.
  • Analyze testing results and iterate on designs to enhance usability.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience with a hands on experience in Adobe XD, Figma or any relevant design software.
  • Experience in Agile, Business Requirements Analysis and Mapping, Client Handling and communication, Adaptability, User Research , Empathy mapping, Information Architecture, Design Thinking and Design System, Data visualization, Visual design, Wireframes & Mock-up creations, Responsive Design , Rapid Prototyping, Usability Evaluation.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS is value added to the position.
  • Willingness to mentor team members
  • Solid thoughtfulness, technical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
