Your key responsibilities
- Author and review of design specifications; develop, review and unit test code for single page web applications.
- Troubleshoot, isolate and remediate code bugs.
- Work on and manage mid-size projects, and ensure smooth service delivery on assigned products, engagements and/or geographies.
- Work with project managers to study resource needs and gaps and devise alternative ways forward.
- Provide expert reviews for all projects within the assigned subject.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 7-9 years of relevant work experience with a concentration in front end development and demonstrated history of UI/UX sensibilities
- Minimum of 5-6 years of modern web application development with tools such as ReactJS or AngularJS, client-side JavaScript experience, CSS experience
- Minimum of 5-6 year of HTML5 experience & Bootstrap (a big plus, but not required)
- Thorough understanding of React.js
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Expertise in React JS framework to develop the SPA.
- Experienced in React JS and working with React Flux architecture.
- Experienced in working with Redux architecture using complex Object-Oriented concepts in improving the performance of the websites.
- Experience in using React JS components, Forms, Events, Keys, Router, plus Redux, Animations and Flux concept.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Strong understanding of web design best practices, usability patterns, and latest UI/UX trends
- Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product development activities such as installation, upgrade and namespace management
- Experience following DevOps best practices, such as unit testing, branching, builds, deployment, regression testing, etc
- Willingness to mentor team members
- Solid thoughtfulness, technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
