Required/Minimum Qualifications

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science Engineering, or related field.
  • +years’ experienceworking in a large or highly matrixed organization, preferably in the technology industry.
  • + years program leadership/management experience.
  • +years’ experiencemodeling data or statistical forecasting using software packages (e.g., ADX/Azure Stack, SQL, R, Python, Excel)
  • 1+ years’ experienceof using Microsoft data products (Power BI,Kusto, Fabric, etc.)


Compensation Consulting

  • Leverages an understanding of compensation design principles, levers, and mechanics to support incentive compensation plan design
  • Presents plan analyses, rationale, and costs. Calibrates plans against software, services, and sales Go-to-Market strategies.
