The AdvancedProject Engr can provide technical andengineering leadership for large complex advanced solutions projects focus onAdvanced Process Control and or multivariable systems at LAR region. Handlecomplete process from opportunity sales support until the end of a project implementationaccomplishing with every single stage from a project methodologiesimplementation (e.g. design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables,schedule, budget). Monitors and controls assigned work scope against theproject plan. Shares technical knowledge with project team. Own engineeringdisciplines, reports progress and technical problems to project and engineeringsupervisor. Understand a new process quickly and find a way to apply thesubject matter expertise to it. He/she can work alone or in a mentoring role asrequired. Possesses good technical sales skills and is innovative on newprocesses and control technologies. Periodic support of sales, proposals and/ormarketing efforts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Any assigned project will need to accomplish with successful completion andwithin budgeted time and cost constraints.
• Communicate technical concepts/solutions tointernal and external customers; e.g. accurately reviewing customer specs andwith talent to identify opportunities, risks, and resources required to achieveresults.
• Provides technical leadership to a smallgroup (approximately one or two) of assigned engineers or technicians
• Communicate compelling features and benefits of the solutions and services tocustomers.
• Work effectively and efficiently in a teamenvironment.
• Professionallycommunicate in writing and verbally to account team, management as well ascustomers.
• Turn technical customer requirements into solutions.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience at industrialenvironment focus on process optimization.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading APC (Advanced Process Control) and/ormulti variable projects in different industries.
• Experience in optimization software technologies.
• Fluent English and Portuguese, proficient writing and verbal communicationskills.
• Growth & Customer Focus.
• Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Electronic Engineering or process Engineering
• Experience in MMM, O&G plants process
• Technical Excellence.
• PMI or similar project implementation methodologies knowledge.
• Achieve elevated levels of development quality and customer satisfaction.
• Travel availability.

• Experience in industrial plants process
• Knowledge of Honeywell’s product portfolio (profit suite) is an asset.
• Effective at time management. Candidate must be comfortable at multitasking,(i.e. be able to juggle multiple assignments/responsibilities).
• PMI project implementation methodologies knowledge
• Agile project implementation knowledge
• Good skills in Databases (Oracle, SQL Server), Languages (PL-SQL, C#, ASP.NET,JavaScript), SQL Server Reporting Services.
