Role Overview
・ Plan projects and utilize data to achieve efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
・ Develop team strategies and initiatives that reflect customer requirements and improvement opportunities.
・ Stay aware of industry trends, actively understand external trends (such as automation and AI technology), and formulate long-term strategies.
Project Management・ Analyze current issues using data, identify areas for improvement in each process, and plan and execute innovative projects.
・ Monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments to ensure goal achievement.
・ Utilize project management techniques to allocate resources efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications・ Minimum of 5 years of experience in the supply chain field (especially order handling, customer inquiry response, and logistics).
・ At least 3 project management experiences and achievements.
・ Knowledge of Six Sigma and other management methodologies, ability to create process maps.
・ Advanced English communication skills to build smooth relationships with global stakeholders (TOEIC 700 points or higher preferred).
・ IT literacy (basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
・ Japanese: Native or fluent.
・ English: Fluent.
