The Impact You’ll Make in This Role:
As a Digital Shelf Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end syndication of product content to key e-commerce and channel partners. Your role will be essential in transforming complex product data into complete, accurate, and engaging digital content that supports online sales.
You will:
- Act as a project manager for the full syndication process, from collecting requirements to delivering enriched content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source, validate, and complete product information.
- Leverage tools like Salsify, SAP Hybris, Adobe Assets, and retailer portals to ensure accurate data distribution.
- Monitor content performance, identify gaps, and continuously improve processes to enhance the digital shelf experience.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, e-commerce or business-to-business (B2B) environments with a focus on product data and digital content.
- Proficiency in English (C2 level or higher), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong project management and customer relationship skills.
- Experience working with GS1 (Global Standards 1) syndication and content distribution standards.
- Ability to interpret complex data requirements and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, SAP Business Intelligence 4 (BI4), Global Enterprise Data Warehouse (GEDW), Celum, and/or other content management systems.
- High affinity for data quality and structured thinking.
