JOB DESCRIPTION

Located: Mason, OH

As a Sr HR Generalist for here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the overall HR strategy for our functional business groups. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and leading the HR activities within your assigned while partnering with business leaders to drive HR excellence. You will provide strategic guidance and support on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development. You will report directly to our Sr HR Director, and you will work out of our Mason, OH on a hybrid (3+) work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by shaping the HR strategy and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and support the growth and development of our functional business groups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business leaders tounderstand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Develop and implement HR policies,processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employeeengagement.
• Ensure compliance with employmentlaws and regulations.
• Handle complex employee relationsmatters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinaryactions.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and employee development.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
