Responsibilities

  • Mentor a team of product managers to define product strategy, measure outcomes, and drive adoption of Foundational Security Technologies across Cisco
  • Partner with engineering leaders and internal customers to define roadmaps and make trade-off decisions; empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to position Cisco's FST portfolio as a competitive advantage
  • Develop and communicate long-term product roadmaps, success metrics, and goals based on customer feedback, market insights, and industry trends
  • Drive adoption of FST offerings across Cisco via technical materials, internal forums, and direct engagement with key stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and product managers
  • Communicate the vision, strategy, and impact of Foundational Security Technologies to senior leaders across Cisco, encouraging alignment and support for investments
  • Lead all aspects of the development and evolution of 40+ security technologies across hardware, firmware, and software, while identifying future innovations and opportunities for differentiation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in technical product management or software development, including 3+ years in people management
  • Familiarity with enterprise networking, IT infrastructure, and/or Cisco’s product portfolio
  • Experience in hardware development, software development, and/or SaaS DevOps
  • Experience defining and delivering a portfolio of products and services, balancing technical constraints and customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in Cybersecurity, Cryptography, Information Security, and/or Application Security
  • Familiarity with industry standards and emerging trends in post-quantum cryptography (PQC)
  • Track record of making impactful business decisions using data-driven insights and analytics
  • Expertise in product-led growth methodologies and UX design principles
  • Demonstrable ability to influence adoption of security technologies across large organizations or customer bases

Pay Range:USD 193200 - 217300 - 260800 - 301400
