Develop and execute a comprehensive vision for the Fraud Protection product suite

Work with product leaders on shaping the product strategy and roadmap andsetkey business goals (OKRs).
Serve as a product SME in strategic pre- and post-sales customer engagements
Be a thought leader in driving the product strategy, in tandem with the leadership team
Your day to day:
Bring a strong industry perspective geared towards machine learning/artificial intelligence that can help shape and evolve our products to the next level
Develop a deep technical understanding of our flagship AI-driven payments fraud prevention tool and have a strong empathy towards the pains and challenges of platform users such as developers, data scientists, and risk analysts
Think end-to-end about our fraud management solutions, including the onboarding journey, day to day usability, reporting, API engagement, pricing, and operational support
Embrace and lead an Agile team of highly engaged engineers through the software development lifecycle while practicing transparency, trust, collaboration, and humility
product and enablement gaps through feedback from regional teams, stakeholders, market researchetc
Establish a strong network of internal partnerships and advocacy with peers across all cross-functional groups in PayPal
Remove barriers to execution byworking closelywithinternal stakeholders like Data Science, Architecture, Customer Support, Integrations, Pricing operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance and moreto ensure alignment across multiple priorities
What do you need to bring:
+years of experience in leading the development of technical products and large-scale platforms with high-reliability requirements,
5+ years of experience in financial services with deep working knowledge of risk management and disputes methodologies,
A strong senseof customer empathy, and deep curiosity and enthusiasm for solving customers’ problems
Familiarity with the fraud and risk management space, and a genuine desire to use technology to address merchants most critical needs
requirements, definingand setting up platform metrics andmonitoring, definingand understanding integration requirements with external platforms
Excellent people and communication skills are essential. The candidate should have the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside of PayPal
