Sr. Government Affairs Specialist
Your role:
- Manage administrative support senior executive on schedule planning such as calendar management, travel accommodation and transportation arrangement, expense reimbursement, coordinating department meetings and other governmental/regulatory and corporate affairs/visitors events.
- Organize cross-department meetings, support department functions as and when required. Assist senior executive in communicating with business departments to ensure efficient management
- Manage/Assist logistics planning on events, conferences for overseas senior executive visits
- Liaising with internal functions and Regional Head Office and Headquarters for business purpose
- Adhoc assignments / other work assigned by seniors (Core team activities support etc.)

- Bachelor Degree or above
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Great interpersonal skills with good communication
- Ability to interface with senior stakeholders
- Well-organized, fast learner, detail oriented and reliable
- Able to work flexible / long hours at work and can work under pressure
- Smart thinking and fast to deliver a satisfactory result
- Open minded with creative thinking
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
- More than 5 years working experience in related field, being familiar with the daily secretarial work
- Have a strong command of Outlook and Microsoft Office
