Be a Hometown Hero: Build the Future of Smart Homes with eeroImagine a home that seamlessly anticipates your needs, keeping you safe and connected. At eero, we're pioneering that future with an innovative whole-home mesh Wi-Fi router. We're more than just connecting the internet; we're building the foundation for the smart home revolution.You'll enlist the support of your peers, eero and Amazon leaders to ensure that strategies scale, and make smart trade-offs (e.g., short- vs. long-term account needs). You'll identify gaps between teams, processes and plans, and demonstrate good judgment in how and when to escalate.
Key job responsibilities
● Forge strategic partnerships across the Retail/Telco/ISP landscape, building trust and driving win-win outcomes.
● Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Partners for eero teams.
● Develop compelling value propositions for our Service Provider programs and Retailers, identifying opportunities to delight customers with innovative solutions.
● Collaborate with internal teams across eero to solve complex problems and develop scalable solutions.
● Secure new deals that meet and exceed business unit goals, driving subscriber growth.
● Analyze market data and customer needs to identify and pursue strategic business development opportunities.
● Lead geographic expansion efforts, strategizing and collaborating with the broader team.
● Foster strong relationships with eero leadership, influencing team goals and driving success.Who You Are:
● A seasoned professional with a proven track record of exceeding program goals and revenue targets.
● An expert at building relationships across diverse teams and organizational levels (executives, engineering, marketing, etc.).
● A skilled negotiator who can secure favorable terms and navigate complex business deals.
● A data-driven thinker with the ability to identify trends and translate them into actionable insights.
● A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience working with and selling to Internet Service Providers
- Language: Japanese (Native Level) and English (Business Level | TOEIC 850 or above)
