As a Manager Project Manager at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders across the company. Responsibilities:

• Leading large complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish by providing strategic direction to senior leaders and peers

• Quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment

• Operate effectively in whitespace to deliver results

• Design, develop, and manage project plans, RAID trackers and project artifacts, revising needs to meet changing requirements

• Problem solve and influence to deliver on project plans and product releases

• Partner cross-functionally with project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

• Communicate efficiently and with excellent judgment to senior executives and diverse groups throughout the organization to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

• At least 7 years of Process, Project, Program Management experience or a combination

• At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of Process, Project, Program Management experience or a combination

• PMP, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma certification or a combination

• Ability to work in changing environment and manage multiple projects

McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700 for Manager, Project ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
