Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply/Demand Planning in Enterprise products that include Server and Storage products.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience managing Contract Manufacturers and Component Suppliers, and in materials build readiness in NPI and supply chain readiness for Production.
- Experience in enterprise product supply chain operations from planning to deployment.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Engineering, Operations, or a similar field.
- Experience in multiple aspects of hardware operations.
- Knowledge about typical hardware BOMs, process documentation and assembly and test processes.
- Ability to communicate project requirements and schedules.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity and strategic skills.
