The Data Analytics Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team and other stakeholders. The role will be a Senior Analyst and go-to person for Desktop Analytics(DTA) and be responsible for onboarding new users, gathering requirements from client, working closely with the technology team for implementations, demonstrating applications and use cases, enhancing user experience, conduct UAT and Prod testing for the dashboard enhancement, and driving product improvements through innovative thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a reliable connection between our database and the Tableau sandbox
• Demonstrate applications and use cases to stakeholders to highlight the capabilities of our analytics tools
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production testing for dashboard enhancements
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure their business needs are met
• Drive product improvements and innovate to enhance user experiences
• Democratize DTA data to the business with strong governance and control
• Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end users
• Work closely with the technology team on implementation strategies
• Enhance product to deliver user requirements of automation
• Onboard new users and conduct training sessions to enhance their understanding of our analytical tools
• Analyze business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gaps
• Generate and compile reports based on findings, including probable causes and potential solutions to systems issues
• Provide advice and counsel related to technology or operations of the business, ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards
• Filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources and perform other duties and functions as assigned
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools
• Experience in SQL, Tableau
• Experience in Jira
• Excellence communication and interpersonal skills

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of work related experience
