What will you need to have?

• At least 6 years of relevant experience with Java and C/C++/Rust/Go and a deep understanding of their ecosystems (frameworks, libraries).
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and system design principles.
• Fluent English for clear documentation, technical explanations, and team collaboration.
• Eagerness to learn new languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Strong problem-solving mindset for tackling complex challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Extra great if you have:

• Experience with maintaining database drivers or client libraries
• Experience with NoSQL databases (especially Redis)
