Responsibilities:

• Support the Quality Leader to establish and improve the Q&RM policies and procedures, performance evaluation and training programs
• Conduct Opportunity Review, Technology Delivery Risk Review, Engagement Agreement Review, Subcontract / Third Party Review, and other service delivery related Q&RM review
• Facilitate the approval of Q&RM affairs from other stakeholders of the firm
• Facilitate and promote service delivery quality program
• Support the Quality Leader to identify, monitor and manage the potential non-compliance issues
• Implement the Q&RM performance evaluation process
• Deliver Q&RM training program
• Support the Quality Leader to respond requests from and work with local and global Quality or Risk Management function
• Accept and response to daily Quality & Compliance Consultation

Requirements:

• At least 8 years’ working experience as an Associate Director / Senior Manager
• Previous experience in quality and risk management at professional firms is highly preferred
• Knowledgeable in technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
