Support the Quality Leader to establish and improve the Q&RM policies and procedures, performance evaluation and training programs
Conduct Opportunity Review, Technology Delivery Risk Review, Engagement Agreement Review, Subcontract / Third Party Review, and other service delivery related Q&RM review
Facilitate the approval of Q&RM affairs from other stakeholders of the firm
Facilitate and promote service delivery quality program
Support the Quality Leader to identify, monitor and manage the potential non-compliance issues
Implement the Q&RM performance evaluation process
Deliver Q&RM training program
Support the Quality Leader to respond requests from and work with local and global Quality or Risk Management function
Accept and response to daily Quality & Compliance Consultation
Requirements:
At least 8 years’ working experience as an Associate Director / Senior Manager
Previous experience in quality and risk management at professional firms is highly preferred
Knowledgeable in technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
