As a Sr IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Aftermarket & Services Enterprise IT function. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex IT issues, implementing IT solutions, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your expertise in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and troubleshooting will be essential in driving efficiency and productivity within our organization. In this role, you will impact the organization by: - Implementing IT solutions and enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity in Aftermarket & services area and integrating them with other upstream systems such as SFDC and Portals - Managing functional scope in IT projects and ensuring timely delivery of IT solutions
- Overseeing in-house repair processes and ensuring seamless integration with other systems
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Participate in complex IT projects, providing guidance, expertise, and analytical insights.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze IT systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovative solutions.
· Provide data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and support data-informed decision-making.
· Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies, helping to inform the organization's technology roadmap.
· Mentor and support junior IT analysts, fostering their growth and development.
· Conduct in-depth IT assessments, risk analysis, and recommend strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.
YOU MUST HAVE
· 5+ years of experience in IT analysis, deployment/roll out project participation, or related roles.
· Experience with Aftermarket services, specifically ERP platforms or Field Services platforms
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
· Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
· Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies, documenting user stories
