• Legal spend management (invoice audit, rate requests)
• Administer the legal department’s e-billing management system (TeamConnect)
• Identify and reconcile data inconsistencies within the system
• Legal vendor management (assistance with onboarding process of new legal vendors and maintaining vendor information)
• Reporting and analytics
• Support the negotiation process in partnership with Legal procurement
• Act as primary contact for all legal operational queries
  

• Bachelor’s degree – law, economic, analytics or other business - related degree preferred
• experience with analytical tasks and usage of analytical tools is desirable
• familiarity with legal operations work is a plus
• required advanced knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
• experience working in a global or multinational organization is a plus
• required excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• excellent organization skills and high attention to details is highly desirable
