Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming and outgoing quality control in accordance with drawings, BOM, and specification requirements.
• Conduct part inspection and dimensional measurement to clarify and follow up on quality issues.
• Develop quality control plans based on production schedules and historical quality data.
• Support the calibration process of metrology tools.

Requirement

• Good GD&T concept, Expert in CMM measuring and metrology tools, familiar with laser tracker is plus.
• Has strong understanding of quality concepts and is familiar with 8D process.
• Basic knowledge of Display tool and Manufacturing process
• Microsoft Office Tool operation, especially Excel (data mining/analysis) & PowerPoint(report/presentation)
• Good communicator among cross-function team
• Explain complex information to others in an effective manner
• Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.
• No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members
