Description
You will focus on innovating the AppleCare product line through the development of new features and the creation of outstanding customer experiences. In partnership with experts from functional areas across Apple, your key responsibilities are to deliver: - Market/Competitive intelligence- Consumer insights & trends- Customer experience and system requirements- Product performance monitoring & cost modeling- Pricing strategy- Go-to-market executionThis job is very cross-functional and requires strong and effective communication to lead, empower and influence large teams with competing priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-7 years work experience as a technical product manager
  • Hands-on product management experience during all phases of the development cycle
  • Excellent social and oral/written communication skills, with experience presenting to multiple teams and executive level partners
  • BS or MS Engineering/Computer Science degree with equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Experience in the consumer electronic insurance industry a plus
  • Intellectual curiosity combined with a strong analytical ability and financial competence
  • Understanding of consumer service/insurance products, POS - as well as customer-facing solutions, strong plus
  • MBA
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
