What you'll do

We are looking for a working student who likes to take the initiative and who is passionate about user experience to help us shape the future of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
After an initial on-the-job training, you will support our international team of technical writers and user experience (UX) designers in

• Creating, updating, and testing software documentation and tutorials
• Creating different types of media content (such as graphics, videos, blogs, and social media posts)
• Testing AI tools and use cases in the context of content creation
• Collecting and implementing feedback for our help content
• Supporting production processes in the content management system (CMS)
• Running user research activities

What you bring

• You are currently enrolled at a university or a university of applied sciences studying preferably in the fields of Technical Communication, Linguistics, Humanities, Media Computer Science, Digital Media, or a similar field.
• You have experience with MS Office applications and preferably with a content management system, XML/DITA, Markdown, or graphics tools.
• You are interested in software engineering and programming.
• You are proficient in English; German is a plus.
• Besides that, you are reliable, organized and have very good communication skills.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
