Required Qualifications (RQs)

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND relevant technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

• Demonstrable technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational German
• Relevant technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience
  • OR equivalent experience
• Relevant experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructure, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management
• Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot), low-code/pro-code platforms, and Azure AI.

Responsibilities:

• Own technical sales with customers’ technical decision makers (TDMs) leveraging processes and tools, demos, programs, offers, and drive proof of concepts (POCs) using consultative sales methodology and technical expertise across other Solution Engineers to influence the customer vision.
• Drive technical sales with decision makers using demos and PoCs to influence solution design and enable production deployments. Overcome competitors and technical objections
• Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene & forecast accuracy in your closing
• Lead hands-on engagements—hackathons and architecture workshops—to accelerate adoption of Microsoft’s cloud platforms.
  • Critical to maintain and grow expertise in Cloud Migration (Win, SQL, Linux, PGSQL, App workloads, resiliency, security, compliance) and enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle).
  • It is important to maintain andgrow expertise inVMware with Azure VMware Services (AVS).
