As part of our Enterprise Support Services team, you’ll be an integral part of our business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. You’ll use your interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to interface with employees at all levels. As an Executive Assistant working with Executive Support Administrators in their support of our senior leaders, you’ll work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY teams deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support the firm’s growth and profitability.

You’ll provide administrative support working with our Executive Support Administrators in their support of our senior leaders within the organization. You may also assist other teams as required. You’ll be a key member of a team using your experience, skills and knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and practices to help achieve the goals of the business. You’ll be part of a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team sharing best practices.


Your key responsibilities

  • Organizing and managing comprehensive schedules and travel and expenses
  • Preparing and revising documents including presentations, emails, reports, agendas
  • Coordinating internal and external events as needed, if applicable
  • Developing relationships with key internal/external stakeholders
  • Assisting with project plans for small project teams in local and virtual team settings
  • Responding to internal customer needs; making certain all queries/concerns are resolved and adhere to firm policy
  • Applying and sharing knowledge obtained on work processes, resources, structure and business of the firm/service line/functional group
  • Working closely with managers to receive timely feedback, providing quality service and making certain of satisfaction

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Associate degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of three years of related work experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant supporting multiple key stakeholders within a large corporate environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Proficiency in automated calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook) and various IOS and Android mobile devices
  • Proficiency in MS SharePoint

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $41,500 to $75,300. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $49,800 to $85,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
