Responsibilities:
• Travel activity including booking business travel, monitoring travel costs, travel insurance, and negotiating contracts with agencies and hotels.
• Monitoring travel agents and the company’s travel system, analyzing travel data, and preparing periodic reports.
• Keeping the company’s travel policy up-to-date.
• Managing employee expense travel reports in accordance with company policy.
• Manage and review travel invoices, and approve them for payment.
• Providing assistance with travel documents, visas, airport security documentation, and immigration requirements.
• Onboarding new employees and managers and training them on travel requirements
• Implementing new travel solutions.
• Multi-interface work across the organization.
Qualifications:
• 3 and up years of work experience in an administrative/travel coordinator role
• Strong IT systems orientation and excellent knowledge of Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Must have exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
• Must be a self-starter and driven
