- Bachelor's Degree AND experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and data pipelines. Ability to partner effectively with other product managers and engineering teams to deliver complex technical solutions.
- UXand Product Thinking: Experiencetranslatingcomplex AI technologies into intuitive and accessible user experiences.
- Workflow Expertise: Experienceinhands-onworkflow automation using Power Automate, UiPath or other similar tools.
- Customer-Centric: Proventrack recordof engaging directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Leadership:Demonstratedstrategic thinking and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Passion for AI: Deep interest in AI and its potential to transform business
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building v1 products.
- Experience building customer engagement programs from ground up.
