- Be the MVP of stockroom operations by receiving deliveries accurately and on time.
- Manage stock records and movement between stores like a pro, keeping everything in play and accounted for.
- Maintain a top-notch stockroom environment with all essentials on hand.
- Uphold safety and store policies to keep everyone safe and productive.
- Spot areas for improvement and share your ideas with store management to push us forward.
Coach & Collaborate:
- Train selected team members on stockroom processes, helping them elevate their game.
- Work seamlessly with teammates, bringing out the best in everyone.
- Step in to support the sales team when needed, proving you’re a true team player.
- Complete all training programs and apply the learnings to stay at the top of your game.
Who You’ll Work Closely With:
- Internal customers (team members and supervisors), providing elite service.
- Apply your retail and sports-fashion expertise to prioritize product flow and support store sales.
- Adapt flexibly to multiple tasks and requests, always staying cool under pressure.
- Jump in on the sales floor to lend a hand when it’s crunch time.
Your Experience & Skills:
- At least 6 months in a fast-paced sports or fashion retail environment, with hands-on experience in selling and strong industry know-how.
- Strong verbal communication skills and basic numeracy—enough to ace stock tracking and customer interactions.
