In this role, you’ll be responsible for the vision, strategy, and operational excellence of our Product Analytics organization—currently ~30 analysts working across multiple product domains.
You’ll define and execute how analytics contributes to our product and business goals, embedding data and insights into every product decision.
Lead and manage 3 senior Group Leads, while building the first-line management layer and fostering career development across the team.
Build and communicate the “analytics story” within monday.com, aligning the entire org around how we measure impact, run experiments, and define success.
Partner closely with product, R&D, design, and marketing leaders to ensure alignment and maximize the strategic value of data across all company priorities.
Develop a deep understanding of monday.com’s customers, product strategy, and pain points—and ensure analytics is focused on delivering clarity, direction, and measurable business value.
Hire, grow, and inspire top talent across analytics and leadership roles. Act as a coach and unblocker to maximize the business impact of your team.
Drive speed, focus, and operational excellence within your org—delivering data products, insights, and tools that move the needle.
Represent monday.com’s analytics vision internally and externally, becoming a voice for data-driven thinking in conferences, publications, and with key business partners.
Your Experience & Skills
8+ years of experience in analytics leadership roles, including experience as a Director or equivalent in a SaaS / tech company
At least 3 years of experience managing managers, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing analytics teams
Strong people leadership skills, with a passion for mentorship, career growth, and team motivation
Deep understanding of product development processes and how analytics can drive smarter and faster product decisions
Hands-on analytical mindset with the ability to dive into data when needed and guide others in doing the same
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional partners
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and comfort with ambiguity and change
A strategic thinker with the ability to build and communicate a compelling vision for analytics across the organization
