Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Management, Architecture, or a related field plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Real Estate, Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Management, Architecture, or a related field plus 3 years of related work experience.Must have 3 years of experience supporting business development and delivery of strategic projects to clients in the field of corporate real estate consulting, management consulting, digital workplace/smart building consulting, and/or corporate real estate technology consulting.

Must have 3 years of experience in at least one or a combination of the following:

- Corporate Real Estate IT assessment and strategy;
- Corporate Real Estate IT system selection;
- Corporate Real Estate platform implementation; and/or
- Corporate Real Estate digital workplace/smart building.

Must have 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.

Must have 3 years experience using corporate real estate IT platforms (including IBM TRIRIGA and/ or Planon) or digital workplace/smart building platforms.

Must have 3 years of experience working as a project manager for technology projects, including system selection, implementation, integration and change management.

Must have 2 years of experience supporting project management activities, such as resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, and/or budget management.

Must have 2 years of experience leading and mentoring teams of at least 2 people.
