Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in a sales, partner or channel manager role.
4 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
Experience developing Cloud or IT solutions.
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently at business level as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience promoting cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software across multiple industries.
Experience acquiring new logos at scale and securing the foundational workloads to accelerate consumption business.
Experience working with Customer Engineers and customers technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
Ability to balance engaged priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects with minimal direction in a fluid environment.
Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
