Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a sales, partner or channel manager role.
- 4 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
- Experience developing Cloud or IT solutions.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently at business level as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience promoting cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software across multiple industries.
- Experience acquiring new logos at scale and securing the foundational workloads to accelerate consumption business.
- Experience working with Customer Engineers and customers technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
- Ability to balance engaged priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects with minimal direction in a fluid environment.
- Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
