Ensure the team’s management including coaching, training, motivation and performance appraisal guidance;
Supervise the daily operations by supporting the Source To Pay processes and policies, making sure that all contingency workforce members are compliant with our internal policies and guidelines;
Ensure good relationships with business partners and the global functional Team on a proactive basis;
Develop and report relevant KPI’s for the area of responsibility;
Ensure that KPI’s are maintained, achieved and reported in a correct and timely manner;
Generate ideas for process improvements concerning the processes in scope and ensure high-quality and efficient work;
Problem analyses and proposal or assessment of solutions, and respective implementation.
Use SAP Fieldglass to maintain accurate and up-to-date worker profiles for contingent workforce members
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
University degree in Law, Human Resources, Management or similar.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting.
Experience in Contingency Labour (SAP Fieldglass) and contract management (DocuSign).
Ability to connect with external partners to review and collect legal contracts.
1-5 years of experience in a people management role, ideally in a Shared Service Center or BPO context.
