Job role
This position will support GDS Argentina Operations in process improvement consultancy. Also, it will provide technical consultancy and manage automation requirements from Service Excellence projects based on the following: Office 365 Suite (Sharepoint, Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc), BI applications, others, etc.
Job responsibilities
• Assist in business process improvement discussions, analyse and provide consultancy on process and automation opportunities.
• Assess and document processes. Suggest improvements.
• Digitalization requirements - configuration and development.
• Develop business intelligence reports and report projects progress.
• Ability to understand and identify the requirements from the team and systematically translate them into solutions.
• Ability to participate and work effectively as part of a team, including pro-active collaboration.
• Report status of assigned tasks and adhere to Project deadlines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Proactively promote an inclusive work environment by participating in BU, geography, area or national gender/diversity investment efforts.
Other requirements (Preferred)
• +5 years of experience in business analysis and/or process improvement
• Experience in working with Agile Methodology
• Experience in working with technology solutions (like Office 365/Excel Macros/BI tools)
• Experience in data modelling is desired
