Responsibilities

Provide the following consulting services to multinational enterprises:

●Proposal and formulation of global transfer pricing policies

●Transfer pricing risk analysis and assessment

●Transfer pricing documentation support

●Support for obtaining Advance Pricing Agreements (APA)

●Support for reaching agreements and resolving issues through intergovernmental dialogue (Mutual Agreement Procedures)

●Support for transfer pricing audit compliance

●Appeals, request for examinations, and litigation in response to transfer pricing taxation

●Support for the management of intangibles and intra-group service provision

●

●Optimization of transfer pricing operations (supply chain, IT solutions, etc.)

●Transfer pricing due diligence pertaining to M&A

●Provision of BEPS 2.0 GloBE rule compliance services for Japanese companies.

●Research pertaining to transfer pricing rules and other services

1. ●Having experience in accounting and tax related field at an accounting firm or business enterprise is preferred
2. ●

1. ●International work experience

1. ●Interest in transfer pricing services and in supporting multinational enterprises on a global basis as an expert in transfer pricing
2. ●

1. ●Experience in transfer pricing at a professional firm or business enterprise
2. ●Corporate consulting experience preferred
3. ●International work experience preferred
4. ●

*The majority of people who start their career as junior consultants have no experience in transfer pricing. Candidates new to the field are welcome to apply, as hiring decisions will be made using a comprehensive evaluation of all prior experiences.
