As a Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and manage both direct and contract employees to support the successful execution of complex IT programs. You will be responsible for ensuring work products align with organizational business objectives while fostering collaboration to achieve successful product delivery outcomes.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that drive business success. You will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects. You will work with a wide variety of clients to deliver innovative solutions while supporting complex IT programs. Your teams will design and build scalable solutions that unify, enrich, and derive insights from varied data sources across a broad technology landscape. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of modern data science, analytics, and software engineering. We'll look to you to provide guidance and perform technical development tasks to ensure data science solutions are properly engineered and maintained to support the ongoing business needs of our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking projects from original concept through final implementation.
- Continuously improving processes by identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis.
- Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Engaging actively with clients, participating in working sessions, and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Top Secret Clearance
- A Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of expertise in prioritizing initiatives and managing resources effectively.
- 5 years of expertise in methodologies like Agile, or Scrum.
- 5 years of expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and risks across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or other program management software.
- 5 years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple interdependencies.
- Experience in leading organizational change and driving adoption of new processes or technologies.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated client trust and value.
- Effective communication skills with impact.
- Digital fluency and emotional agility.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage change.
Ideally, you’ll also have

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $186,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $121,700 to $211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
