EY advises clients to understand, architect, select and implement bleeding-edge solutions required to efficiently run their businesses, with a focus on Digital and Cloud. These services span from E-Commerce, Solution Architecture, Mobile Applications, Digital Platform Architecture, Digital Technology Strategy, and Digital IT Operations.
You will be responsible for various activities, including designing, building, configuring, testing, analysis and delivery and support of Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
Our Microsoft PowerApps Developer will:
- Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Provide technical support and training to users.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams when required.
- Analyze business problems, design technology solutions to these problems and manage the solution through the full life cycle.
- Works in collaboration with projects teams to develop, test, Integrate, implement, and support solutions using the Power platform.
- Responsible for ensuring an efficient integration of programming deliverables, timely builds, and overall code quality.
- Good communication and analytical skills with troubleshooting the issue on own
- Candidate should be ready to work in weekend and night shifts.
- Power Platform Certification is added advantage
- Knowledge of Python, C# is added advantage
Your key responsibilities
You’ll spend most of your time working with our product development teams to deliver custom software development solutions in the cloud that tackle frontline mission priorities.
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience balancing time among different Dynamics and Power Platform solutions and other immersive technologies such as Azure, robotics, machine learning and blockchain
- Experience in managing team dynamics, resolving conflicts, and promoting professional growth
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex cloud projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, including military personnel, executives, and cross-functional teams. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- DoD or government experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of related experience
- Experience with software configuration, development, workflow and process design, analysis and quality assurance
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, PowerPlatform or CRM solutions and cloud-based technologies (Azure)
- Strong experience in .NETasp.
- Knowledge of C#, .Net and JavaScript for customizing Dynamics and extending functionality
- Experience implementing technology solutions using agile and waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of cloud engineers, including mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience working with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery, vue.js, Node.JS, vutify.js, Chart.js, Bootstrap.
- Experience deploying web application in a production environment using Internet Information Services (IIS 7.5+).
- Basic experience working with Microsoft Windows Server 2019 and above.
Additional preferred capabilities:
- AWS Certified Developer certification.
- Working knowledge of ASP.NET Core 3.x above.
- Experience with WCF and Web APIs.
- Experience with Telerik controls UI Ajax, Kendo UI.
- A deep understanding of and ability to teach concepts, tools, features, functions, and benefits of different approaches to apply them.
- Experience working with diverse teams to deliver complex solutions.
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
What we offer you
- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $186,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $121,700 to $211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
