Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with our senior leadership to develop and execute the revenue operations strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives.
Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine processes across the revenue cycle to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring scalability as the company grows.
Data & Analytics: Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into revenue performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Technology & Tools: Manage the selection, implementation, and administration of revenue operations tools, ensuring they meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Adoption: Work closely with sales enablement to ensure that teams have the necessary tools, training, and processes to achieve their goals.
Revenue Insights: Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize pricing, go-to-market strategies, and customer segmentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support the end-to-end customer journey.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong analytical, strategic, and operational skills, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and revenue growth.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
