As a Cognyter you will:
- Lead the business operations within designated regions, ensuring business continuity, success, and growth in the region
- Serve as a member of the regional management team, contributing to strategic planning and high-level decision-making.
- Own and drive financial objectives, including bookings, revenue, and collection targets.
- Act as the sale’s organizational representative in cross-functional teams, influencing collaboration across diverse departments.
- Support the sales teams while overseeing a large-scale sales force of sales managers and presales professionals.
- Ensure pipeline management, forecasting, analytics, and KPI tracking through performance dashboards and QBR leadership.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive sales process improvements and successfully implement new initiatives within the sales organization.
- Lead and support the implementation of company-wide sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless lead generation and follow-up processes.
