Job Summary:
Walmart People Tech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Technical Program Manager. You will be responsible of spearheading some of People Tech’s key projects, managing and leading collaboration with customers, stakeholders and engineering teams. This is a vital role with significant growth prospects. You will drive the success of complex, cross functional projects and programs within the People Tech domain. Some of this role key responsibilities are but not limited to:
What You'll Do:
Project planning, scoping, dependency alignment, and scheduling
Leads and brokers agreement on end-to-end, high-level system /solution design of medium/high-complexity systems through an understanding of end-to-end systems.
Coordinate project teams and stakeholders
Track project progress and performance
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Manage project budget and resource allocation.
Communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Proactively identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
Guides and influences program participants/stakeholders to focus on decision points, options for end outcomes, and solutions that unblock/de-risk and keep programs on track.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Strong technical expertise in distributed systems and mobile applications
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills to guide project teams towards successful project completion
