Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience with performance, systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
- Experience in Machine Learning systems (e.g., background theory, TensorFlow, and other tools).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in architecture analysis, system architecture, performance modeling, or similar.
- Experience in Machine Learning inference workload optimization (e.g., quantization, distillation, sharding).
- Experience with performance analysis and debugging, improving performance of single-node or multi-node distributed systems.
- Ability to develop automatic tools and frameworks to be deployed at scale within the ML fleet.
