As the foundation of this transition, we are seeking colleagues who can effectively function as a Manager ServiceNow within our ServiceNow practice. As a Manager ServiceNow, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating business requirements into (custom) technical designs
  • Leading offshore implementation teams
  • Ensuring that solutions are implemented according to design and that results meet business requirements
  • Defining and promoting best practices in implementation as well as (agile) ways of working
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development
  • Collaborating with non-technical disciplines to achieve optimal solutions (such as experience designers, risk & cyber consultants, operational teams)
  • Advising clients on how technology can enhance efficiency, sustainability, and business success

Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • At least 5 years of work experience, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
  • At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, preferably in the areas of risk or security operations
  • You are comfortable in client conversations, pre-sales, communication, and leading and guiding technical teams
  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week
