Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategy to build advanced analytics capabilities for best-in-class reporting on performance and trends
• Create and maintain analytical tools to inform key business decisions, including financial models and data visualization dashboards
• Identify levers of growth and areas of opportunity within Global Pricing, leveraging differentiated analysis for products and lines of business
• Manage key relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including bankers, Treasury, product specialists, and sales teams
• Collaborate closely with system owners to ensure alignment on priorities and drive efficiency in data management
• Communicate insights to leadership effectively and provide recommendations to achieve business objectives and optimize performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative discipline such as data science, computer science, or mathematics
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related technical role
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, SQL) and code deployment
• Expertise in developing sophisticated tools and technologies to inform business decisions
• Experience working with large data sets, unstructured data, and multiple data sources
• Familiarity with financial services, banking products, and financial metrics
• Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, and all Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable in relationship-building across all levels of the organization
• Attention to detail and high standards for accuracy in work product
• Contributes to a positive and collaborative team environment
