As an Account Specialist IV within the Email Moderation Control (EMC) Utility Team, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing emails with attachment/s sent externally across Global Card Operations. Independent review is needed either approving or rejecting emails before leaving the firm. Moderated emails protect the firm, and our customers, from potential data breaches. Shared mailboxes not on EMC will not be moderated.

Job responsibilities

  • Drive tangible performance improvements across the organization (training, policy & procedure, process improvement, automation, technology) focusing on enhancing the client experience
  • Partner with Leaders in an effort to develop and document employee performance, process improvement, and client experience
  • Participate in calibration and learning sessions; become the voice of the client to drive product enhancements if needed
  • Identify high and very high Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and or sensitive details within email exchange
  • Ensure all external emails adhere to the global compliance procedure
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks such as but not limited to email types or business questions in order to quickly bubble up issues or trends
  • Meet productivity targets not limited to SLA
  • Escalate issues requiring immediate intervention or resolution
  • Assist with metric reporting via EMC Admin Reports
  • Manage EMC related Procedures and Training
  • Work within US hours shift schedules (Monday to Friday) including PH and US holidays

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Strong proficiency and knowledge of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Analytical risk assessment skills including Risk Mitigation and Controls
  • Proven analytical thinker with ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems in a thoughtful manner with diplomacy and professionalism
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, desire to learn quickly, be flexible and think strategically
  • Proven ability to multitask as well as assess and change priorities
  • Ability to work well individually, and in teams, share information, support colleagues and encourage participation
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • Vocal and innovative advocate of client/employee experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide effective feedback if needed

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Knowledgeable in Alteryx an advantage.
