Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of key people processes, including talent and performance management.
- Coach and develop leaders, offering insights on people, teams, and organizational growth.
- Use data insights identify trends and influence evidence-based decisions for talent attraction, performance, and engagement.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations to address escalations and recurring people issues.
- Analyze organization effectiveness using data and feedback to assess people and organizational capability, providing consultation on how the organizational structure aligns with strategy and objective.
- Build consensus among stakeholders, including executive leadership, on new ideas and strategies.
- Lead change management initiatives for successful adoption of organizational changes.
- Provide continual feedback to understand and predict the implications of HR approaches and policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a strategic HR role interfacing and influencing senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a metrics-driven approach.
- Ability to leverage analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change.
- Understanding of how synthesize complex situations into actionable insights for business leaders.
