Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of key people processes, including talent and performance management.
  • Coach and develop leaders, offering insights on people, teams, and organizational growth.
  • Use data insights identify trends and influence evidence-based decisions for talent attraction, performance, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations to address escalations and recurring people issues.
  • Analyze organization effectiveness using data and feedback to assess people and organizational capability, providing consultation on how the organizational structure aligns with strategy and objective.
  • Build consensus among stakeholders, including executive leadership, on new ideas and strategies.
  • Lead change management initiatives for successful adoption of organizational changes.
  • Provide continual feedback to understand and predict the implications of HR approaches and policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a strategic HR role interfacing and influencing senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a metrics-driven approach.
  • Ability to leverage analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change.
  • Understanding of how synthesize complex situations into actionable insights for business leaders.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $152,500 to $262,350
