Your role:

  • In this role, you have the opportunity to drive transformation and performance improvements that will have an impact on the business while delivering operational excellence to our customers. This will be accomplished by challenging our current operations and embedding an attitude of accountability and continuous improvement (Lean/Agile/SAFe) to achieve operational excellence.

  • You are responsible for shaping the direction of the CPM team through business transformation and continuous improvement efforts. You will collaborate across Philips, driving the adoption of design/systems thinking, creating an agile culture and way of working. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will assist CPMs in the adoption of situation-appropriate continuous improvement methodologies to optimize performance and outcomes.

  • You will identify and eliminate inefficiencies, redundancies, and waste to improve operational performance and reduce costs. You will manage complex and transformative projects, bringing structure and accountability to both our ways of working and our customer-facing team’s performance. Additionally, and in collaboration with the business leader, you will drive changes in organizational culture, mindset, and behaviors to heighten engagement, motivation, and productivity.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of relevant experience, leading large initiatives in complex cross-functional organizations and/or environments. You have a deep understanding of business transformation, continuous improvement, project management, change management and/or performance management with a proven track record of driving improvement.

  • Your skills include strong facilitating skills (teamwork and team-building-delivery through others), strong influencing and communication skills, and the ability to encourage and empower others. You can facilitate effective workshops with energy and fun. You also can role model continuous improvement behaviors are able to flag issues and are not afraid to speak up with the aim to make problems visible.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (required); and a Master’s degree in business, administration, project management, or engineering management (preferred).

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this

  • You’re an effective communicator with the ability to influence and work with various stakeholders. Also, you define ambition, strategy, KPI’s and deliverables to drive operational improvement across the business, as well as spearhead the standardization of processes, enhancement of tooling, and overall upskilling of the CPM team.
