High volume of customer contacts through phone and email a prior to their renewal date to educate on renewal requirements.
Acquire invaluable experience updating and managing your opportunity pipeline in the Salesforce
Work proactively, well in advance of product renewal date to provide all the information, pricing, etc that a customer would need in order to execute a timely renewal
Determine potential for growth of current customers using established Sales Tools building relationships with Partner Resellers and Distributors and call/email efforts to manage opportunities
Being self-sufficient in understanding what you are selling including personal education of products that you are selling
Negotiating pricing with customers and Partner VARs
Generating quotes for customers
Creating/processing orders and following up on orders until fully executed
Working with other departments, (ex. Customer Success, Tech Support, etc.), on a regular basis depending on customer needs
Identifying additional areas for growth within the customer’s environment and generating leads for other teams as necessary
Qualifications
Recent college graduate with a Bachelor degree
Must be a self-starter that is very organized and efficiently use time on a daily basis
Knowledge of Microsoft office and Salesforce.com applications is a must
Strong communication skills
Ability to support remote team members, customers, and partners
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
